Non-Aligned Conference.

arrived in the Yugoslav capital yesterday  the Syrian Vice President, Mr. Abdel Halim Khaddam, to participate in the conference. Khaddam expressed to journalists his hope that the summit will be able to address the urgent issues of the movement, foremost among which is promoting international détente and working to find solutions to various problems in the world
