Khaddam speaks with six members of the US Congress

Syrian Foreign Minister Abdel Halim Khaddam met on Saturday with six U.S. Congress members who had arrived as part of the first leg of a 10-day tour of six Middle Eastern nations.

The official Syrian news agency, SANA, reported that the discussions focused on “the situation in the Arab region and aspects of the barbaric Zionist invasion against Lebanon.”
