 Syrian Foreign Minister Abdel Halim Khaddam today concluded three days of Middle East talks here with Premier Alexei Kosygin and Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko. - 
Tass quoted him as terming the talks “useful" and as denouncing the forthcoming Camp David summit.
