Former Syrian Vice President Abdel Halim Khaddam gave an interview to Al-Arabiya satellite station, in which he accused Brigadier General Rustum Ghazali of acting as if he were an absolute ruler of Lebanon, that he had seized $35 million from Al-Madina Bank, and that he was insulting Lebanese officials.
