Syrian vice president visit Kuwait

Syrian Vice President Abdulhalim Khaddam has arrived in Kuwait from Saudi Arabia to discuss bilateral and regional matters.The Kuwait News Agency says Khaddam will deliver a message from Syrian President Hafez al-Assad to Kuwait ruler Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmed al-Sabah. Khaddam is on a tour to meet leaders of the six Gulf Cooperation Council states and Yemen. Kuwait is his second stop before continuing to Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
