A message to the members of the Alawite sect

This is my last message that I address to you before the near certain fall of the murderer Bashar al-Assad and his ruling clique, hoping to save what can be saved.

In my previous letters, I called on you to consider the seriousness of what is happening in the country in terms of killing, destruction, and plundering, and to take clear positions condemning the murderous regime and calling on your children, who are being used by the murderer Bashar al-Sad to commit his brutal crimes against the Syrian people. I told you in those letters that your silence will put you on the side of the murderer. The killer will have serious repercussions on you
Unfortunately, you did not take a position, but rather things developed in another direction, as the tyrant Bashar al-Assad succeeded in pushing the Alawite sect into the furnace of the war he is waging against the Syrian people. I ask you, were your feelings not pleased by the scenes of children, women, the elderly, and the rest of the citizens who were slaughtered in the countryside of Homs, Hama, Idlib, Hauran, the countryside of Damascus, and Deir? Al-Zour, in Jabal Al-Akrad, in the city of Al-Haffa and the village of Salma in Ladakiya Governorate?

Didn't your consciences shake those painful scenes? Didn't you calculate the future? Remember Hafez al-Assad’s reaction when he killed dozens of his supporters during their clash with the people of the city, so he surrounded Hama and destroyed it, killing more than twenty thousand of its citizens, and it was his duty to protect them, not kill them?
Didn't you wonder if the reaction to the killing of dozens of people was to destroy a city and kill thousands of its people, what would be the reaction of the Syrians whose children were slaughtered, whose neighborhoods and villages were destroyed, and whose money and livelihoods were looted?

Didn't these humanitarian crimes arouse in you a feeling of anxiety and fear, as you realize the impossibility of this regime continuing?

You have one limited-term opportunity to declare your innocence of the murderous regime and call on your sons in the armed forces to rebel against the regime and join the revolution to stop the bloodbath and enable the Syrian people to hold Bashar al-Assad and his ruling and murderous clique accountable. In this way, you will ease your consciences and contribute to restoring the national unity that the regime has dismantled.
I hope you do not use fear of Bashar al-Assad as an excuse, because that will not protect you from the burden of his crimes against the people

There is no safe embrace for you except the embrace of the people, so be sure to exonerate yourselves from the murderous regime by taking decisive measures against the murderer Bashar al-Assad and his ruling clique.
